Dry:

The supplied pellets often contain different degrees of moisture, fluxes and other volatile low-molecular substances, especially TPE with a tendency to absorb moisture, and the moisture content always exceeds the allowable limit for processing. Therefore, it must be dried before processing, and the moisture content must be determined
Dyeing:
SBC-based TPEs outperform most other TPR materials in color. So they only need a smaller amount of masterbatch to achieve a certain color effect, and the color produced is purer than other TPRs. Generally speaking, the viscosity of the color masterbatch should be lower than that of TPR, because TPR has a higher melt index than the color masterbatch, which will facilitate the dispersion process and make the color distribution more uniform.
Cleaning barrel:
Before the newly purchased injection molding machine is used for the first time, or when the product needs to be changed, the raw material is changed, the color is changed or the plastic is found to be decomposed, it is necessary to clean or disassemble the injection molding machine barrel.
