3. The mold temperature is set high, and the shrinkage rate increases.
4. As the melt temperature increases, the shrinkage rate decreases.
5. The cooling time of the product in the mold cavity increases, and the shrinkage rate decreases.
6. The pressure holding time is long and the shrinkage rate is reduced, but the shrinkage rate is no longer affected after the gate is closed.
7. The internal stress shrinkage is generally stable within one day after the finished product is formed, and about 3 days. The plunger injection molding machine also has a larger molding shrinkage.
8. The injection molding speed of TPE products is fast, and the shrinkage rate will also increase, but the impact is small.
